Noting that you are entering a park may just also be good, as I have ran upon people relieving themselves near the trail.

Better signage for where you are on river, under the bridge leading into bloomer is a good spot, noting that there is a dangerous diversion and dam ahead. Map can show people the portage through the old rail line out to opposite yates.
