Paint Creek Trail Southern Extension

Old Michigan Central RR line around the upper edge of Bloomer Park is supposed to be retained as a recreational trail per deed restriction on the parcel. I would like to see that become a developed AASHTO compliant trail rather than the current backwoods pathway. Replace the washed-out bridge at southern end and connect to new sidepath near Yates. Paint Creek Trailways Commission still owns the parcel connecting CRT at Rochester Junction to the Clinton River bridge. Incorporate that into a contiguous trail down to Yates.
