Poor Maintenance!

I have visited this new future upcoming park across from Yates Cider Mill and the lack of maintenance is appalling. I have seen litter all over the park and along the river, I have seen people drinking and playing loud music, I have seen people dining in the river with tables and grills, I have seen people using illegal drugs in the parking lot, the parking lot is in bad shape and full of trash, the "bathrooms" smelled awful and had human waste all over the place, there were illegal campfires inside of the grills and on the grass, people are dumping coals wherever they please, plenty of people leaving fishing line and hooks around the park too! I am not returning to this park with my family ever again, at least when it was a city park of Rochester Hills they kept it mostly clean but it seems the county is not doing anything, very disappointed.
