Bottle filler stations, bike fix it stand, benches and counter blocks for those who do repeats on the stairs.
Better lighting, signage on how to rent/reserve. Bring back rentals in winter for snow shoeing or other activites that help encourage naturally upkeeping of the trails in winter.
