Homeschool Nature Programs
Oakland County Parks (OCP) operates two nature centers:
- Red Oaks Nature Center (Madison Heights)
- Wint Nature Center in Independence Oaks (Clarkston)
We currently offer monthly homeschool programs at both nature centers from September to May. Homeschool sessions are adapted for two age groups: Ages 6-9 and ages 10-13. Sessions are designed as a drop-off program for youth. All students are welcome, including those from a traditional homeschool, pod or virtual learning setting. Cost is $10/child/session.
